Marquise II was sold in January 2019 to a new owner in Tacoma, Washington. The boat is being renamed to STAR. Good luck to the new owner, and to Sam as he looks for his next boat.

Twenty Hundred Club Race to BI. Race out Saturday and party by the Oar after race. Beach day Sunday, race back Monday.We'll start by Rose Island Warning 1030, Start 1035 (all boats start then - we are spinnaker class). High tide 1351, Low tide 0631.

Need to work out meal plan and sleeping plan if too many people
We will be at BI Boat Basin.
Saturday:
Lunch - TBD please bring sandwiches for the race out. I'll have bottled water on the boat
Dinner - Buy meal tickets for the Twenty Hundred Club BBQ at BI Boat Basin. This is hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, and assorted beverages
Sunday:
Breakfast - if desired is buffet style at the Narragansett on the hill between the Oar and Payne's
Lunch/Munchies - There will be some chips, dips, cheese, pepperoni, etc. that I will have on the boat for the beach party. People please bring stuff to contribute to the beach party munchies. I will also bring a large cooler to stage with food and ice.
Dinner - we'll grab something in town as part of the ongoing party, dancing, etc.
Monday:
Breakfast - if desired is buffet style at the Narragansett on the hill between the Oar and Payne's
Lunch - Wraps with cold cuts I'll have in the reefer.
In addition I'll have a couple cases of beer, some fruit, chips, and crackers for munching.

Ready for next level!

We had another successful night of racing last Tuesday and led the rest of the 109’s until the last upwind leg. We are having fun and steadily improving. Thus, we discussed stepping up our game a bit now that we have had some successes. To which we would like to work on crew weight placement first. …
